After my first miscarriage at 6 weeks, the doctor said i can start to try only after hcg levels comes below 5. She said the cycle which comes after hcg goes below 5 is the normal cycle and hence i an try after that. It took me 2 months for hcg to come down from 65000 to below 5. So I started trying from 3 rd month after a miscarriage.

I changed my doctor after a while and i became pregnant again. But on my 35 th day it resulted in miscarriage. It was in my last cycle. I talked to my doctor about trying again.

She said there is no harm in trying immedietely after a miscarrige.

But this time since the miscarriage was early, the hcg levels went down to 7 on my 40 th day blood work.

So I think it depends on hcg levels whether u can try immedietley or wait for few months until hcg goes down below 5.

Its better to talk to ur doctor.

Yeah, findinghumility is right...doctors usually want you to wait about 3 months before trying again (or two normal periods, not including the bleeding from the miscarriage). That was what I was told, too, and I've had two early miscarriages. I'm sorry about your loss. Hopefully, you'll get another BFP again soon!

If this is your first miscarriage I think it would be up to you seeing as it was such an early miscarriage. I know doctors often suggest waiting 3 - 4 months after a miscarriage, but most people I hear talk about this had their m/c around 10 weeks or so.  I'm not sure if that would apply to you as well.  It would probably be smart to wait until you have your next period though so you have a better chance of balanced out hormones etc. So sorry for your loss.
