How to conceive

I dont think that I'm ovulating...What do I do? I recently had a cyst removed off my right overy and was told that this is what has kept me from getting pregnant the last 8yrs. But I have been trying to conceive with no luck. My docotor told me that the cyst is what was preventing this, its gone now but I'm still not pregnant. What should I do?

First, start charting your temp every morning, to find out of you are ovulating or not and when.

You have to take ur mind of it and give ur body time to regulate itself, meanwhile, eat healthy and workout cuz sometime our weight can effect on fertility.....enjoy the process of making a baby and watch things fall into place. Goodluck.
