Hypothyroidism

I was Diagnosed with Hypothyroidism, My Doc put me on Levothyroxine, I'm on L-thyroxine for a year and 2 mnts now, i had irregular period's. But since i'm on L-thyroxine my period's are regular now. But, the problem is, I'm not getting Pregnant.

  Hello, I'm new to this forum.
     After almost a year of multiple (weird) symptoms: fatigue, nausea, insmonia, mood changes, horrible irregular period, dizinnes etc... I did blood work this past week and my TSH is 7.42.

     My doctor put me on a low dose of Levothyroxine. But she did not tell me I have Hypothyroid.
     But from all I've been reading -my symptoms and the higher TSH indicates hypo!
     Could it be that my doc wants to wait and see (since my Free Thyroxine levels are NORMAL)???

      Can I still have Hypothyroid though my Free Thyroxine is Normal?

     PS: I will be seeing an Endocrinologist in 2 weeks!

I have been on levothyroxine for 4 years now, and no luck with prgnancy. What is IVF?

I have hypothyroidism as well and am also on levothyroxine.  I took it for a very long time and we tried for seven years to get pregnant on our own, without it working.  Finally, we gave IVF a try and are now five weeks pregnant!  Good luck!
