I HAVE TAKEN THE DEPO SHOT ONCE AND I'M NO LONGER TAKING IT. MY NEXT SHOT WAS DUE THIS MO. ON THE 21ST I HAVE ALREADY STARTED MY CYCLE, DOSE THIS MEAN I CAN GET PREG RITE NOW?

Definiely possible. My sister and a good friend of mine both got preg after just being late on getting one of their shots and they were both on it for about a year. It doesn't work this way for everyone but it sure does for some.
Hi I was on depo for a year and I started the day I was supposed to get my shot and o still have not got pregnant and we have been trying. It has been almost a month, so I think it takes a while but you were on it just one time so I would think that you could get pg. It takes time because your uterous has to build back it's walls so yours might be ok.
