IUI on CD10 anyone?

Yesterday I had my first IUI after being on Letrozole. Last month I went in for a folli check on CD12 and I had already ovulated so they had me come in on CD9 this cycle and my folli was 19.5mm and ready to go. So I had my HCG trigger shot Friday and the IUI yesterday.  Also, last month my usual 28 day cycle was shortened to 21 days (as I o'd earlier due to Let.).

Has anyone else had IUI seemingly so early in their cycle? My CM is great right now, too...although we still use Preseed to help us out.  Thoughts???

Thanks.

Hi dear,,
i think iui may click even at first time,,if we follow some relaxing steps, as the stress plays with the hormones and i think they bring some imbalance for the egg to implant,,,
so this time,,everyone is going to relax and not think about i did not have a baby yet,,and infertile,,but think wow! iam ready for my babe, he can come at anytime and make me laugh! After all this is for a sweet little companion,,I think if we are happy only he comes,,,
One more thing,,these RE`s very well know of the tricks but not telling us,,,b`coz of their income!
I hate my RE as she laughed and commented that u thought u may be pregnant cycologically!, when i was about to ask her for my first iui failure and about my good symptoms like vomit from 11-15dpiui together with sickness,,i asked he r if sneezing and cough caused this failure? She told simply no,,it has nothing to do with that!
How many days piui are u now?

I had my IUI on CD9 last Friday with two follicles (21mm & 19mm).  I'm on Clomid and my cycle shortened up by two days.   Good luck to you!

Thanks for your responses!

VortexI: Your cycles really shortened up as well with Clomid. It looks like ours both shortened up significantly with fert. drugs. Did your RE say why it didn't work those times? What adjustments will they make next IUI for you?  I hope Sri83 is right and it just is about the timing of the IUI.With all that REs do, it's hard to believe that IUI doesn't result in a higher chance of pregnancy.  I wonder how many rounds we'll have to do?

I hope this works eventually....we really can't afford IVF.
Baby dust to all!

My cycle length used to be more than 35 days and always Oed after CD16. We are doing Clomid + IUI and with Clomid my cycle lengths are 27 - 28 days. This is my 3rd IUI and I had a trigger shot on CD10 and IUI on CD11. My follie size was 22 mm on CD10. Last 2 cycles failed and I am keeping my fingers crossed for this one.

Cycle length of 21 sounds very short to me. What is your average LP length?

Wish you SSBD and all the best.
