Injection ?

I just took my menopur injection and 1/2 of it leaked out i did not have the needle screwed on good and didnt know it till i was injecting it and it started to drip on my leg.What should i do? Do i need to call the RE? I have appointment in the morning for bw/us this day 8 of stims .I am really worried.

I am doing my first IVF and i take 4 amps Menopur and 10 units of Lupron.
Good Luck with your iui !

I would not worry much about it.  Since you are going in the morning, they will be able to see how your follicles are doing and what your estrogen levels are, so they can always adjust your dose and make it higher for tomorrow if need be.  Maybe if none of it had gone in, I might consider doing another injection but since you got 1/2 in, I would not worry....just tell them tomorrow when you go.  Are you on any other meds?  Is this for IVF or IUI?  I am on day 5 of my Gonal F shots for another IUI cycle.  Good luck tomorrow:)
