I had my tubes removed in December.  I did get pregnant in Feb.  with invitro, but lost the pregnancy in April.  So, yes you can get pregnant with invitro.

Hi there,

I am so sorry to hear what you have gone through hun (((((hugs)))))) But absolutely yes IVF can work for you!! I just wanted to offer my support and tell you that I understand what you are going through as I am in similar circumstances myself. My Hubby and I have been TTC our first baby for two and a half years, in that time I have had two ectopic pregnancies (and two early miscarriages in between) which resulted in the loss of both my fallopian tubes, so now IVF is our only option to conceive. We completed our first fresh IVF cycle in June, which sadly failed :o( but we were lucky enough to have 8 perfect embryo's frozen and we will be going ahead with a frozen embryo transfer sometime in early August, so fingers crossed.

I just wanted to offer you my love and support and to say that if you need any advice or just to talk to anyone, I am here.

Wishing you lots of luck and ******baby dust*****

With IVF they stimulate the ovaries then harvest the eggs. The eggs are fertilized in the lab then placed via catheter in the uterus. The tubes don't play a role in the process.
