IUI Cycle. Advice needed

I had my HSG test done 2 days back. Everything is normal. My doc wants me on Gonal-f from tomorrow. Its day 15th of my cycle. I dont ovulate on my own. So my RE suggested that I start taking Gonal-f from Tomorrow i.e, Oct 1. But I am not in the city on 9, 10 and 11th of Oct. I am not sure I should wait or start taking Gonal-f.

Any advice would be helpful.

I told him. He asked me to delay for a weeks time after that come in for blood work and scan. I will start just before I go so initial 3 days should not be a pbm :)

Did you tell your Dr. the dates you will be away? I have had to go in for blood work and u/s on gonal-f  every 3 days starting on the 3rd day after starting gonal-f. After about 9 days on gonal-f they sometimes had me come in after 2 days depending on the size of the folls. My doc would not let me start a cycle if I was going to be away at all. It sounds like it could be a little risky that you might be out of town during ovulation, depending on how fast your folls mature. It would be a total bummer to go through all the injections and then miss the iui. I would definitely ask your doctor what they think. Good luck!
