Is it a miscarriage?
I finished the Clomid the beginning of last month...I tested for preganacy about two weeks ago and it was negative...Today I wake up, use the bathroom to find I have started my cycle...Since 7 am I have been bleeding a lot..I mean a tampon an hour and I have a pad on...I am in very bad pain, I feel like my insides are churning. Since I have PCOS is this a cyst? Could it be a miscarriage or just a bad cycle after Clomid? I don't know if I should wait this out or go to the Doctor's Office. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
Yeah - clomid or progesterone supplements can cause one helllll of a period afterward. I feel like I am dying after my progesterone has been high (meaning a really good O!) - your lining is thick and hurts because there is so much to get out. Hang in there. If it gets worse, I would at least call the doc - or go in.
Often times Clomid can cause a very heavy period. If concerned go to the doctors office. Rather be safe than sorry.
