When Can I do pregnancy test after IUI?

Hi, I have undergone my third IUI on April 25, 2016 and today is May 6, 2016 only and I am confused whether i can check now pregnancy test or not...after IUI till 8 days i was feeling lower abdomen cramps, suddenly hungry, bit unconscious feeling, mood swings...is this sign of positive? Can any one please advice me when can I do test or if I do test today or tomorrow, will I get accurate result?

At 11 days, the doctor's office would probably say it's too early, and it's entirely possible that you could be pregnant but still test negative at this point. Did you have any sort of trigger shot? If so, it's also possible that you could test positive but it's still only from the trigger. So...I would try to wait if I were you. However, I can say when  I was in your shoes, I did NOT wait, so I understand how hard it is to be patient! Good luck! I hope this works for you!
