i paid roughly around 11,000 for everything. Meds were about $3,000 and procedure was $7,500. It included ICSI and 1 or 2 years of storage (can't remember exactly). Although insurance didn't pay for it, the clinic we used (which is one of the top ones in South Georgia/North Florida), did have a discount off everything because my husband is active duty Air Force. Every little helped!

Amazing the difference in pricing in clinics for the same procedure. As I mentioned, I paid $7500 and it included ICSI as well as a year to freeze embies. Clinic down the street from mine charges $15,000 and includes nothing but retrieval and transfer. ICSI and freezing are optional add-ons.

@Jessting--wish my employer chose to cover infertility as well. We've been paying out of pocket for the last year and it was very difficult but worth EVERY penny.

For me, here in Seattle at the top clinic in the city, I paid $4,000 for meds and $12,000 for the procedure which included ICSI and assisted hatching.  I believe it's less expensive at some of the other clinics in the area, but I'm a firm believer in "you get what you pay for".

I'm in LA, and I think it's a little higher here. My drs fees are $7000, meds about $3500, OR fee $1150, Assisted hatching $500, ICSI (if used) $1000. Everytime something is added (e.g., embroyo freezing), there is another fee (at least at my clinic.

It varies from clinic to clinic, but from my experience, it seems to average around $12,000.00. (Procedure around $8,000.00, Meds $3,500.00-4,000.00) Some places charge a little less these days, I think, due to the economy being so bad. They also offer a new mini-IVF or micro-IVF that I've read advertised for around $4,000.00, with a nominal charge for medications.

Totally depends on where you go. I paid $3000 for meds and $7500 for the procedure. My center typically charges $10,500 for IVF.
