Lupron - Pls Help

I've been taken Lupron now for almost 3 weeks and my Estradiol level getting higher (went from 58-72).  I can't start stims till this level drops below 40.  Has this every happened to anyone else?

Also, I had about 3 drinks on Saturday, would that effect levels as well?

Oh, cool! Best of luck with everything! I was on menopur too. I took three vials of bravelle and one vial of menopur a day for 10 days. Just triggered last night and will have my retrieval tomorrow morning. Hopefully we'll both be able to celebrate a BFP this month!

Thanks so much for your comment.  I just got a call from my RE's office and they sent the test out to the lab to make sure they were reading correctly, apparently they weren't and my levels were actually low (25), so I'm now able to start my stims (Menopur) this evening.

Thanks again for taking the time to respond.

I don't think the drinks would affect anything...but that's weird that the levels have gone up. I had to stay on lupron a week longer than initially planned, too, since my estrogen was too high after 2 weeks (they suspected a hidden cyst somewhere), but after the extra week, the levels were back down and I got the green light to start the stims. Did you have a chance to ask your RE about it?
