Injectable cycle instead of Clomid- did anyone do that?

Hello ladies,

Since i got my AF today- on my bday- doctor wants me to try do all the Injectables this cycle.

I have had 4 IUI's with no success.

Can anyone please help and tell me, if they did all the injectables and also what is the success rate?

Thats a good decision  take a brake,  recuperate, its not an easy road.

Thats what i partly want to do, but at the same time i dont want to loose momentum who knows... Good luck dear and keep me posted.

i'm feeling ok, just going to take a break for a couple of months, well was instucted to by my RE so going to try and lose a few kilos before starting again, and then maybe i'll respond a bit better to the doasge of puregon,but i'm going to make sure that i can grow my follies to 21mm and trigger at that

I am so so rry to hear about your miscarriage, i cant even imagine how hard it must be.

I wonder to why my RE doesnt want me to use Puregon or other once instead of what i already used.

i dont know for sure, going to RE tomorrow, but i know that they dont want me to do clomid and just do injectibles, probably same medication dont know why, but i did Bravelle and Ovidrell. They also said, that if this cycle doesnt work #5, it will be a good thing for them to see how injectibles work for IVF. What do you think?

Well i did 4 cycles of Injectables, using puregon (FSH) and triggered with Ovidrel, fell pregnant on my 4th cycle but just miscarried over the weekend, but mine was just BD and not an iui. i guess it's pot luck. Good luck

what do u mean by "all the injectables"?
what are the names of the injectables your RE is having you take?

I started out with clomid and trigger then moved from there to Gonal-F (FSH) injections and a trigger (Ovidrel) then IUI . Currently on the 3rd month of injections and IUI.
Any questions feel free to ask, i will try to answer with what i know from self experience:)
