My RE Appt
Sat down with RE gave her our history.
TSH 5.66 last week. I am now on Synthroid 25mcg. She said to keep it there for now. Would like to have it around 3.00. Goodness, I hope 25 mcg does the job.
My glucouse was a little high. She may put me on something for that... It started with a G... I believe.
I may have O'd this cycle after all. I told her about my H and P on the monitor and what seemed to be a + on ANSWER OPK.
I told her about my low BBT, weight gain... other sypmtoms. She thought I may have PCOS.
We did a transvaginal ultrasound. She knew that on my pelvic ultrasound last week I had a cyst (one that goes away later in my period). In the transvaginal, she said the uterus was good. She went on to the right ovary. She saw very immature follices... like ones for next cycle!?!? Then one that she thought I just O'd.... but, then she went to my left side and found one the looked like it was at the corpus lutem stage.. that was huge 53mm. Which she said is large. She said that is probably why intercouse hurts at the end of my cycles.. especially when I O from that side. She was confused on why I would have the two... she wants to make sure they go away.
CD 1 I am to call her. I have to have a transvaginal ultrasound again. If it gone, she is going to put me on Clomid and perhaps something for my sugar levels..... Then, around CD 10 she wants to do an HSG.
Before I left, she also took blood. She is testing for progesterone to see if I did O. She is also testing for CF gene, Rubella.. testerone.. and a few others.
I am excited to get started on this path. She seemed very optimistic! She said probably 3 months we would be preggo! I will keep you all up to date.

aww.. thank you all for your responses. I am praying that when I go in for the transvaginal ultrasound.. that they tell me I can begin a medicated cycle!
