OHSS and pregnancy

Hello ladies,
Has anyone had moderate to severe OHSS and been pregnant? I was drained yesterday and will be drained again on friday. Apparently, we are 4 weeks pregnant we found out after the last week of hell we have been through. Any tips on how to handle this? I cant be happy until I hear a heartbeat and get through this horrible time. RE claims this should only be for 2 weeks or so. If anyone has gone through this, please give me some help.
Thank you so much!

Hello,
Today was my scheduled tapping day (where they drain my abdomin) but doc says it is looking a bit better (after 2 long weeks). The first 2 times I was under anastesia (sp) and they went in through the vagina with a needle. First time they took 2 liters, second time the took 4.
We have an u/s on friday to make sure everything is ok.

I've been on the road a lot and finally got back to the forum, and I'm so glad to hear that you are doing okay, AND pregnant....I've never experienced OHSS, and hope I never will.  You sounded like you were in so much pain.  Did your doc. apologize about not seeing the cyst?  How do they do this draining process? Elizabeth
