Ostomy Reversal

ello, I had three surgery in the past 6 months. Last year, Aug 31st I had surgery for  endometriosis. that DR knit my large intestine and cause me to have an emergency surgery (#2) on Sept 4 which result me having a stoma (ostomy bag). On Dec. 1st (surgery #3), I had the ostomy reversal and now recovery. My new OB doctor said that I should be ok if my husband and I start trying to get pregnant. I was wondering if anyone has been through this situation or could tell me what it was like to be pregnant after major surgery? My husband and I would like to start now, but I'm scared.
