Our Turn Soon...

Welcome ladies! I hope we can all continue to support, inspire, and hope together. Some of us have already been through multiple rounds together, facing this roller-coaster with fearless optimism, and I have been so uplifted by the ladies' kindness, knowledge, and understanding. We invite you to join in....

We are here because we know it will be our turn soon!

Hi ladies, I am just checking in on everyone. I have been so crazy busy! Work is nuts and my baby girl has been really sick with a massive cold. They were checking her oxygen levels daily to make sure it doesn't go to pnuemonia. She seems to be feeling better but we will go tomorrow for a recheck to make sure all is still well. It is so hard to have sick kids and work and my grandfather passed away last week. UGH! My little sis is scheduled for a c sec tomorrow so i am going to head down to see her Weds. I am not happy about this, she isn't due until the 8th of November but it's a long story.

Rmm: Do what you think is best. You will do the right thing I am sure!

Sherry: Sorry to hear about the job... where does that put you when it's time to go back to work?

Carrie: I had a high glucose with the first test both pregnancies. I actually dealt with the GD in the first preg and it was diet controlled. Not a big deal. The 2nd preg we decided to not do the 3 hour test per my midwife and all was well. Good luck.

Hi Ladies  - sorry havent been on much.  I have been super busy trying to figure things out.  FIrst i'll start by saying om now officially on mat leave (not by choice)  My employer decided they were going to terminate me due to reorganization of my position.  So Im starting mat leave 3 weeks earlier then I wanted too.  Anywhoo other then that just feeling really tired and hate sitting around the house (theres only so much cleaning you can do.
Rmm:  I think if they do have a shower for me it wont be until after the baby is born!!  That way we know the sex for sure and use the party as a meet and greet also.  To me its not about the gifts.   Room is painted and crib is up and ready to go so now its just the waiting game

How is everyone else doing?

And .. you want to hear some thing .... her son was conceived by BD on CD6 ...wonderful right ..? If god want to give , timing is not a problem ... After all its all god's timing ... :)

Godskid and rmm - i heard something today and it made me think of you. I log in here and see that godskid is feeling down. Here is the quote I heard:  "Want to make God laugh? Tell Him YOUR plans." It's never our timing, it's HIS timing. I ask my hubby every night why we waited so long to have Ava. And he always says "Because God wanted to give us the perfect baby." And he's right. I can't imagine having a different baby at a different time in my life. If I was younger I wouldn't have the maturity to do this. If it was just 2-3 years ago then I would be going thru some tough times with my lo. Now was the perfect timing and God knew it.

And rmm - don't choose to not take that little girl just because you're scared. Think about it and give it a fair chance - you will know the right thing to do. I'm sure your boys would like to keep their siblings together. And it's better to have loved and lost than to never have loved at all. But if God points you in the direction to pass on this situation then that must be the right answer too. I just don't want you to pass up an opportunity just because you are scared - we all get scared at some point!!
