Just wanted to share our story and ask if anyone knew of any grants or sites that help with the costs of IVF. See our story below:Hi,
I just wanted to take the time and share my story with you.
My husband and I would love any suggestions or advise that you could provide. Even if it is just sharing our story with others we would love any feedback, prayers or advise we can get.

Here is an excerpt from our story:
Our Journey: Michael and I have been together 14 years as of Feb 2011. We have had lots of joy and lots of sorrow in our 14 years together. We were really focused on establishing our career, I being a registered nurse at our local hospital and Michael is a detention officer. We both have a passion for serving our community and giving back, thus always thinking of others and not ourselves. We did not think of expanding our family until Feb 2010 when I became pregnant after taking an oral fertility drug at the suggestion of my Ob/GYN due to my age and health history. We were ecstatic when after the first cycle of medication we became pregnant. We talked about our favorite baby names, window shopped for baby clothes and daydreamed about who our miracle child would look like. Unfortunately shortly after sharing the news with our loved ones, this pregnancy ended up being an ectopic pregnancy and our initial excitement and joy turned into complete sorrow, pain and frustration. Then after many weeks of doctors appointments and procedures we were cleared to try again and much to our amazement we became pregnant again pretty quickly. We were happy but cautiously optimistic. Everything looked great on our first couple of appointments and just when we thought we were out of the woods, again our dreams came crashing down around us when we found this pregnancy was another ectopic pregnancy. This pain was even worse because we had decided early on not to share this pregnancy with our families until we were sure this was a go so we had no one to share our pain and no one to listen to our cries. Again we relied on each other just as we had for every other hardship. Thank goodness our relationship is strong because I am sure some couples would not make it through two heartaches. Financially we were stressed due to all the unexpected medical bills that our insurance would not cover; because technically this was a fertility issue and we had a lot of uncovered charges. Frustrated, hurt and pain were our middle names. We prayed, cried and begged God to help us through and at the same time wondering what we had done to deserve such heartache. However a few months later we decided to try IVF at one of the best centers in our area. After many weeks of appointments, testing, multiple medications and painful injections; as well as daily prayers we were able to have two blastocytes transferred. Unfortunately for whatever reason it again was not God's plan for Mike and I to become parents. Devastated but numb as well as Financially, Emotionally and Physically drained we again prayed for help. So here we are VERY determined to be parents.
ANY SUGGESTIONS or SITES available that help with the financial burden ?????
ANYONE ELSE GOING THROUGH THIS???
Thanks so much, Michael and Crystal Camp
