Ovarian cyst

I'm trying to get pregnant, and hoping that this is the month. I ovulated tuesday and generally have ovulation pain just the day before I ovulate, but I am now 3 dpo and still experiencing dull achey pain on one side. I had annual visit with my obgyn today and he said it was a small cyst. He didn't say anything else though, at all. Can this mean I won't get pregnant this month? Will it rupture or anything? He didn't give me any information! I guess everything is fine and I could be pregnant this month still since he didn't say anything to the contrary, but everything I read online sounds

Awesome thank you so much ladies! This is the first month really trying after having a missed miscarriage in december, so the last thing I needed was something that could prevent or complicate pregnancy. Thanks for the reassurance.

Yes cyst are quite normal. I had them before some larger than others. I did take birth control for a month to help reduce the size. It helped but I've found that exercise helps the most. When I exercise on a regular basis I don't have cyst. Exercise helps keep the estrogen levels in balance and cyst forms when estrogen levels are higher.

Hello, I have cysts on both my left and right ovaries, they are benine which means they will go away lots of women get them. They do not effect whether you get pregnant or how you do during your pregnancy. My doctor assured me they were normal I was pregnant when I found out about them. I did miscarry with that pregnancy but, they were not a factor.
