Overy pain

I am 24 years old. I have been married for 5 years now and have been trying to have a baby for 3 years. I have not been on birth control for a really long time now. I have had one miscarriage and that was a little over 2 years ago. We have not had any luck getting pregnant. I have done charting for my temp., ovulation kits, and have taken a few different all natural vitamins  to help ovulation. I am now taking one thing and that is Baby Aspirin. I am taking one a day I have read that they have done research on it and it helps blood flow and its good for women who have trouble getting pregnant or who have had miscarriages. For some reason I am starting to experience pain in what I believe to be near my right ovary. I did not notice this until the day after I had intercourse. It is not constant pain but little sharp pains. I was just wondering if anyone had any advise for me???
Thank you

Yep, but it is all depending on the timing, if it is after ovulation, even by a week sometimes the corpus luteum will give you twinges of pain, but if it is all month long reoccuring I would also guess cyst, I would ask your OBGYN for a U/S. Good luck!
PS. a cyst on your overy can also impead your little eggie from getting where it needs to go!

It could be any number of things. If you are sure it is not ovulation time, it could be a cyst. They are very common and usually resolve themselves. If it doesn't go away soon, you should have the dr check it.
