I can't seem to post to my thread so I am starting a new one.  It wouldn't let me post all day yesterday...

Anyway, in continuation...Hello Ladies I come bringing hope.  Ironically that wasn't the message in my name, babyhope but since we are all hoping for babies, here is an update and 10 things to help you cope:

10 things to help you cope, to read the details log into babycenter.com:

Recognize that fertility problem is a crisis.
Don’t blame yourself.
Work as a team with your partner.
Educate yourself.
Set limits on how long you’re willing to try.
Decide how much you’re willing to pay.
Connect with others who can relate on one of our Fertility Problems bulletin Boards. (Hey, we are all doing this one!)
Just say no to baby-focused activities (baby showers, etc.)
Balance optimism and realism.
Take care of yourself by pursuing other interests.
Remember, laughter is one of the best healers.

Im Here, well all 3 of us *wink* i couldnt get to the computer the 3 days i was glued to the couch, didnt have a laptop but heres the update....

My RE walked out and said, 'Congrats, you have 2 perfect embryos, TEXTBOOK embryos, they couldnt look any better if we tried!' then the lab tech came in and shook my hand and said 'wow, absolute textbook' so right then i was SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO excited. i hopped up there, he did the transfer and said, 'that couldnt have gone any smoother, it was a perfect transfer' so everything to this point is perfect!!!!

i am so excited, every day from the day of retrieval to the day of trasnfer, i seen at least one pregnant person every day at different places, (im not superstitous but im taking anything and every bit of help i can) then, a friend of mine that i havent seen in, shoot, almost a year, the last time we seen each other she said, then next time i see you, you will be preggo, watch and see'  (shes in cali and was suppose to come out a couple different times and didnt make it, the last time she was out here, we werent able to get together) she called me tuesday when i was on my way to my trasnfer and said im coming into town thursday night, we have to get together friday!!!!! how crazy is that!!! anyway, im super excited!!! i keep talking to my babies, they may not be able to hear me, but i dont care. i have pictures of them too! the first baby pictures haha! now i wait!!

I hear ya there i try not to get my hopes up either i always feel like what for and that my chances are one in a millon but lets try not to get discouraged. I feel ok my breast tenderness is kicking in a lil bit not too bad and im bloated a lil bit too (but like u was saying could just be tummy upset that happens alot) nothing other than that. Spotting is good i think you never know. Oh what u saying to Dnikki i know i think im being forced to take a break from TTC. I live w/my in laws and after being here so long they want us out NOW! so every single penny is going to my house so im afraid this next month im SOL w/no $$ for my fertility vitamins; good time to run out huh?

Thanks!  It still hasn't quite hit me yet...I celebrated last night with a Shirley Temple with extra cherries!  HA!

I'm thinking about taking next month off too. I go back and forth with the idea. It would be nice just to stop thinking about ttc all the time. Take this time to relax and do some fun things. Get refreshed for when you ttc again. :-)

Tarobinc - Congratulations!!! Woooo - hoooooo :) You must be floating on cloud nine!! Have a happy and healthy nine months.... stick little bean(s) stick!!!!

Everyone - taking the month off - I am on CD4 now I believe. But due to DH having surgery done on the 30th (my CD12) I don't think he'll be feeling like making his contribution for IUI. Also, summer semester is sneaking up on me.... The timing for this cycle is just all wrong. But after being on Clomid for so long... It sounds strange but I feel wierd - different since not taking it... hard to explain. But I think it will be good for my body to a months break - maybe even two, I'm not sure. But when I get back in the game I want to start Femara instead of staying on Clomid.... I don't want to do injections until I have tried everything else ya know?

Hey I'm 8DPO. I'm feeling a little off. I have some strange cramps and I've been spotting for a few days. I'm not getting my hopes up that it's IB though. If it is I will be happy but hope it will stop here soon because it worries me too. How have you been feeling at 3DPO?

Tarobinc - That's the news we were all hoping for. Congratulations!!!! Your going to be a mommy in the new year. Woohoo!!!!

Asking - I was scared too when I had to go under for the first time in December. Don't worry though it's not bad. One minute your talking to the DR and the next you're waking up. You'll do just fine :-)

Ok, def a BFP!  I got the call just a little bit ago.  My HCG is 211, so tha'ts good.  I go back on Saturday for another test.  I will be on vacation starting Saturday.  I think we are leaving right after the test.

Now, little bean....STAY!!!

Thanks for asking gokuangel, i am CD16 and as of tuesday i have 21 follies, all my levels are perfect and i am leaving in 1/2 an hour to go have my retrieval!! im so excited. but ive never been under anesthesia before so im pretty nervous!! wish me luck and pray!!  hoep to hear some more updates from you soon too!!

I had my b/w test at the RE's office this am.  I should get the call from my nurse sometime after 3pm today.  I did take 3 FRER's this week and all were positive...hard to believe!  Just want to know what number my HCG is.  Worried about the baby not sticking...can't help it....but I have to find some way not to dwell on that.  

I am excited and nervous.

YAY great news.....just got back from my appt. and i have 11 follies right now that are measurable (all between 10 and 18mm) and a bunch that arent measurable yet but should be by my next appt. which is monday!! YAY lining is perfect, everything is so far where it should be for me!!! oh im so excited!!!

Hello - this is round 6 IVF for us, with no success thus far.  Doing ICSI and assisted hatching again this time.  Hoping, wishing, praying for a BFP when we test on the 23rd, but a little concerned b/c it feels like I've developed a UTI 7 days post apriation.  We've transferred many embryos on previous attempts and this cycle transferred day 3, 3 8-cell, 1 6-cell, 1 5-cell, and 2 4-cells.  


Day 5 post aspiration I had a little very light pinkish mucusy discharge, then day 7 felt like I was developing a UTI.  Drank a gallon of cranberry juice yesterday and going to Costco to get more today.  I've read on certain sites where people have felt a UTI coming on during their 2WW and they ended up pregant.  I so desperately hope that is the case this time!  The next 6 days can not come fast enough (for one part of me - the other part is dreading to hear "I'm so sorry but you're not pregnant".  Ugh - this 2WW sucks!

dnikki, im so sorry about your results!! hopefully next cycle. since you have been trying clomid for that long and nothing good has come from it, if you can afford it, go to injectibles!! much higher chances. Good Luck sweety!!!

I'm out - beta BFN, now waiting for AF to show. And deciding if I should stick with clomid, try femara or go to injectables (been on clomid since last sept.) I don't know ladies.
Everything was absolutly perfect on paper!! But still no BFP.... I'm doing better than I was earlier. It will be better when DH gets home (late tonight ).

Interesting updates ladies, this may be the one!!!!

dnikki0928 - 12DPIUI had night nausea for a few nights, have had twinges/crampies/pains (symptoms??  :) Perhaps so!)  Keep us posted! Beta is TODAY, Friday the 16th!!!  AAAHHH!!!!  

Asking4amiracle – Exciting IVF Update: CD9 baseline u/s and started stims Saturday (5-17) for first IVF cycle. She gas an estimated retreival 5/21, hopefully day 5 blast transfer. Bloodwork came back looking great, on u/s had 3 folicules 10mm, next appointment, still taking 2 bravelle and 2 menopur (repronex once menopur is gone) and starting ganirelix tomorrow night. so far so good

Asking-I am about two cycles behind you before I opt for IVF thanks for keeping me in the loop I am ignorant about all these drugs!  It sounds complicated but I am sure once you block out the world and focus on what you want it seems easy.

I am sore today from my HCG shot!  URG!  Small price to pay.  My IUI is at 2:30!!!  YAHOO!!!
