Every time I tried to conceive it never happened it wasn't until I give up on trying then I became pregnant.   My advice to you would be to relax and if you don't already start exercising. The last time I became pregnant I started walking 2 miles after work no diet and within 3 weeks I was pregnant  and I wasn't trying. You don't have to get on some crazy diet you can chose to eat more fruit and vegetables throughout the day.   Trust me I know your pain the advice I giving you worked for me twice and my cousin. Good luck to you

What I mean by we have control is you have to diet and exercise it's a must.  I struggle with my weight  if I'm not make a conscious effort to loss or maintain  my weight I constantly gain.  Since I have been on metformin I don't struggle as much as I used to  my weight is pretty consistent.
