Possible miscarriage w/no bleeding?

Ladies ~ this may seem like a silly question but I'm curious. I have had a miscarriage in the past and there was definitely bleeding. Just wondering if it's possible to have one without bleeding. I know it sounds crazy but possible? I had 2 positive blood tests almost 2 weeks ago, my first ultrasound app't is with the Dr. this Friday and I've had plenty of pulling, almost feels like cramping, a little back pain, sore breats, clear vaginal discharge, etc. I know these can be symptoms of miscarriage and also feelings when you really are pregnant. Any thoughts or insight? I would really appreciate it. I'm so nervous for this ultrasound, trying to be positive and patient, but can't help but worry and wonder if something is going wrong in there...

I have been trying since then but no luck..Its been 2 yrs now..last time concieved the very first month of trying and now it seems like it will never happen..Doc said its UNEXPLAINED as all our results came out normal..trying iui now 2 failed and now i 2ww again after 3rd IUI hope it works..

I've had a few miscarriages and the first signs for me were the lack of pregnancy symptoms. I think that if you are still having the sore bbs, the pulling, cramping (I've never heard of those being signs of miscarriage), I think it's a good sign! You can always take HPTs or additional blood work to ease your nerves!

Oh, I'm sorry to hear about your loss. Were you able to have any children after that? I also had a miscarriage, a few years ago, and sometimes wonder if I'll be able to carry a baby to full term. We can only hope, right?  I wish you much luck as well...and thank you for your info.

Hi,I really hope everything is fine with you.But yes M/C can also happen without bleeding or anything else...I was pregnant in 2007 feb and had to undergo D&C coz i had a missed m/c.There was no bleeding no pain nothing but all the pregnancy symptoms were gone..Like Sore BBs,nausea and all..Doc.said the baby had no heartbeat after week 9 and we came to know about this at week 13..so almost 1 month over but i had no pains no bleeding...
