bed rest

Tomorrow is my ivf transfer day. I would like your opinion on whether it's better to have bed rest or just carry on like usual after transfer. I'm really conflicted on which to do. Please help!

Good luck on your transfer and yes if at all possible have some down time.  You will probably need it.  Sometimes it is more emotionally draining than physically.

I had my transfer yesterday (my second with frozen embies).  I would love to be able to lounge a bit.....but I have two kids and life just doesn't allow for me to take that break..lol...BUT if you can have some "bed rest" then take advantage of it, once the kids arrive down time is few and far between :)

Take care and good luck.
