ashermans syndrome

i just got a copy of my HSG report and it says that the uterine cavity is abnormal and that there are mutiple internal filling defects and septations and that these finds reflect asherman syndrome.  i know that i have scar tissue and very low estrogen, but will this be treatable and will i be able to conceive?

My doctor told me Ashermans is treatable with surgery (though not 100%) before she ruled it out for me.  Have you discussed the report with your doctor yet so they would recommend next steps.
