RE Appt Today
So I had my RE appt today. He walked in the room to talk to us holding what my OB had sent him and what he had from when I had seen him last which the last time I saw him was in 2004, well any way he said my stuff was good reading material which I thought was funny he looks at me and just says plan and simple your ovaries don't work. He asked me what my thoughts were and I said we were going to talk to you about IVF and he said ok what do you know about it and really what I know about it is what you ladies here have gone through. He said its a good thing that you brought up IVF because he said I think from what I am reading thats going to be your only way of being able to have a child. So I am somewhat scared and relieved at the same time.I just have not written on here for a long time so I thought I would update you all on what has been going on with me. But thanks for letting me tell you ladies about my RE appointment and Lots of Baby Dust to all.
I am so happy to hear that your appointment went well and they have a plan of action for you now. I'm sure it's a little overwhelming, but that's good that he's explaining everything to you and even sending you to a class. You will be in my thoughts and prayers and hopefully you'll be posting a success story soon!! Take care.

He told us that we can pick the time that we want to start with the process. He said the best time to start is when we have the less stress in our lives this year. We have to take a IVF information class this month and then after we take that class we have up to a year to do the IVF. MY insurance will cover it but I just have to get the permission from them first and he told me not to worry about that part of it. I had been told by two different now three different DRs that my best bet is IVF so I hope they are right. I pray every day for a little one I know that one day my prayers will come true.
It sounds like you are moving forward. IVF should be a good route for you. Congratulations, and good luck to you!
