UPDATE.... Been for our hospital appointment and they said my partners sperm results were totally normal, I have to go for another CD21 blood test and an x-ray of my tubes etc. So all good news really, they are giving us 3yrs to try for a baby before they will offer any help. We just have to keep trying

IUI may also be a good option to try first before going to IVF, which is much more invasive and expensive.

I would think that they would recommend IVF/ ICSI.  That is where they can take one of his good sperm and directly inject it into one of your eggs.  Good luck and don't give up hope.  It can be a journey but one worth taking!
