Same Recurrent Losses

I am 31 and have no children.  Over the past 10 months, I have had three miscarriages -- all very similar.
It seems as though the embryo is not growing much past 6 weeks.  However, prior to 6 weeks, everything seems fine: my betas double and I've even had an ultrasound at 5 weeks 6 days that showed normal measurements and development in size and fetal pole.  What could be happening?
I am a patient at a recurrent loss clinic.  I've had my hormones tested during mid-cycle and everything comes back normal.  I have slightly high thyroid levels, but am taking synthroid to correct them.
The fact that this has happened three times seems to rule out chance.  There is obviously something that is causing these losses.  What could it be?  Should I be tested for anything else?  What possible solutions are there?

I will ask about clotting today.

babyhope -- these are natural pregnancies.  I will ask about egg quality today too.  I don't know what my levels are for AMH or FSH, but maybe I should ask them to check.

Greycie - are these the natural pregnancies or through IVF? Through IVF, i also had 3 recurrent losses so far with no success, coincidentally all at 5.5 weeks, till then everything looks great, embies as well the betas, in my case, the reason is poor egg quality, hence embryo fails to divide and grow further, this was proved with AMH and FSH levels, what are your numbers?

My SIL had a clotting issue, which they learned about after 3 ivfs attempts and deciding to move on to adoption. They lost 2 or 3 pregnancies because of this and the sad thing is if the issue had been discovered and treated when they were doing the ifvs, the outcome may have been different.
