Smelly vagina! ttc for 22 months

So ever since i was little my vagina has always smelled.  I went to the doctor when i was 16 and told them my vagina smelled.  Well they did a swab and told me that i had a yeast infection.  Im now 26.  I went to the doctor last year, because i have been trying to get pregnant for a long time now.  I didn't tell her my vagina smelled.  I know, i should have.  Well she did my normal pap and did a blood test to check my lh, fsh and thyroid.  All those came back good, but she said that i did have a mild yeast infection.  Is it that I just always get yeast infections?  Wouldn't the doctor have found something else if there was something else.  Or do i need to go back to my obgyn and tell her my vagina has always smelled.   The weird thing is that sometimes my underware just smell.  I don't smell my cervical mucous sometimes its just my underwear.  So then i wonder if its because i sweat so much.  I really NEVER talk to anyone about this because it is really embarrassing and have had to deal with this my whole life.  any ideas.  I really need this fixed because my husband and i have been ttc for a long time now.  My periods are always pretty regular and i don't have pain in my abdomen.

FYI, I don't think anyone's vagina smells like a boquet of roses.  As for the yeast infections, there are things you can take to help.  acidophilus and bifidus pills, as well as eating lots of plain yogurt.  You can also put plain yogurt 'down there' before you go to bed, though it's messy.

You should really talk to your doctor and get that checked out to be sure everyhting is ok. after you get pregnate you might not be able to do anything about it until you have the baby depending on what it is. Maybe you get yeast infections often. dont be imbaresses doctors deal with that stuff all the time. good luck!
