HSG showed Right Tube blocked

Hi
Can any of the Dr help me in deciding what should I do next
I m married for 17th months with no pregnancy all the tests were ok till date but few days back my HSG test gave me a shock by showing that my rt tube does'nt allow the die at all and left one allows but not a very free flow.My age is 34 and m desperate to have a child cant wait more then two months to be pregnant so please suggest me what should I prefer to go for (my financial condition is not so good for ivf but adjustable).Shall I go for laproscopy to find out the reason of block n clear and try with gynocologist help natural pregnancy or shall i directly go for IVF how much hope do I have with both the cases. If direct IVF what will be the status of my blocked n semi blocked tube by then as for future i may need at least one of the tubes to conceive as i dont want to go for ivf again n again. kindly save my life I m getting lifeless with every passing day.Am feeling very alone without any proper guidance.

I was in the same situation.  I had salpingitis isthmica nodosa and severe endometriosis  Scar tissue in both tubes, one partial and one full block.  After 3rd or 4th HSG done they were able to open the tubes and see full free flow of fluid.   If the blockage is towards the middle they sometimes can cut the part of the tube that is blocked out.  If your insurance pays for this I would ask the DR what the chances are and what they suggest.  I chose to wait a bit since I was young at the time.
