Hi there,
In myomectomy there is surgical removal of fibroids from the uterus. It does not affect the uterus and the chances of conceiving may be in fact increased after myomectomy. You have been trying to conceive since such a long time without any success you should be consulting an infertility expert. The cause of infertility can be due to male factors or female factors. Abnormal sperm production or function, aging and obesity all can lead to infertlity.Ovulation disorders, fallopian tube blockage, endometriosis, hyperprolactinaemia; PCOD, thyroid problems and pelvic adhesions all can affect fertility in a woman. You will need complete clinical checkup and investigations like hormone profile, thyroid tests, and pelvic scan etc.Do keep us posted.
Best of luck and kind regards!
