Twinges, early O?

So this is my first medicated cycle, femara 2.5mg once a day... (cd3-7) i'm on cd8 and I've been having some right sided twinges like i get around O time, is that normal?? I'm also having a lot of CM almost EWCM, but not quite... is there a chance I could be Oing early? i havnet tried taking an OPK  (i had heard that femara can give you false positives, anyone know if thats true?) I'm due for a follie check on tuesday with a trigger and then IUI.. My cycle seemed a little messed up since I had my lap last cycle, so i hope that i'm not Oing early! any ideas? do any of yall have twinges and increased CM with meds? ok i think i asked enough questions! haha THANKS!

It is really strange! i felt like i was crampy on my right side all day!   feeling soo bloated!! It really feels like i'm Oing!  i havne't tried taking an OPK since i've just been too busy with work!    I hope that its successful for you (and me too!!! : ) )     Good luck and I'll be watching for your BFP post! : )

Thats good to know! thanks! I am so paranoid that for some reason I am o'ing early and the trigger and IUI wont' be at the right time!!! How much femara were you on? any luck or are you waiting to see???? well i'm glad to know that femara doesn't make CM nonexistant then!  I hope you get that BFP!! good luck!!

I had this exact same thing this cycle at the same date.  I was sure I o'd early, but I went to see dr. for u/s check on cycle day 11 (which I thought was too late) and he assured me I had not yet o'd.  The only thing I did different was the femara, that must be it.
