Two Week Wait

I just had my second IVF... This time it was a forzen cycle but the embryos were perfect grade because I hyperstimulated the first time... they implanted two...... I'm 27 and they gave me about a 60% chance of success... That was three days ago. Now I'm scared I'm experiencing period symptoms... My bach is aching and I Just feel like my period is coming. Everyon tells me it could just be the estrogen and progesterone I have in my body but I"m just so nervous!!!! Any success stories would be  great. Looking for a boost of confidence!!!

It's so hard to say what's normal, because every woman and every pregnancy is different. I had two pregnancies before I did my IVF that both ended in a miscarriage, but I had more pregnancy symptoms in those cycles than I did after my IVF. My breasts were just barely tender in my IVF cycle (not even as tender as in a normal non-pregnancy cycle), yet this ended up being my successful pregnancy! So I wouldn't worry too much about the soreness. Fingers crossed!!!

Hi everyone. Thank u so much for all the help... My boobs are sore now. So weird, but my back is no longer aching. I feel like the soreness in my boobs might be going away. Is this norma.l?

Best thing you can do is find a way to be happy and don't let those stress hormones affect your success.  Acupuncture is my secret to success with IVF.  Period symptoms are totally normal.  Look for implantation spotting... pink/brown.  I had sore boobs and couldn't stay awake past 7PM during week 2 of my 2ww.  I'm in 2ww again and have all kinds of symptoms and even had spotting.  Hoping hoping hoping for a sibling for my lovely little tyke.  ;o)  Best of luck to you!  No stressing!

Best of luck to you. I had a BFN 1st IVF, then 2 months later had FET - 2x3d embyros. I am now 9 weeks preg.all looking great! It can happen. I had no preg sysmptons til day before beta day! Good luck...positive thinking!

It could definitely be the meds...but it could also be implantation signs. Not everyone gets them, but I got period-type cramps every time I got pregnant, including after my IVF...and it was a successful one! I now have a one-year-old baby girl! Best of luck!!!
