Update:Blood Work Came Back Negative... Start New Cycle

Ladies,

How is everyone this morning?  Any news to cheer me up for a day? :-)  Wish all who are in 2ww will get BFP.

Yesterday the nurse called me and told me it's negative on the blood test.  My doctor instructed me start Femera along with 75IU follistim injection.  I started yesterday was my CD3.  Hopefully this cycle will be the one.  Otherwise I will stop trying.

A little disappoinment, but I already mentally prepare due to my lining wasn't thick for eggs to implant.  hopefully Femera will thicken my lining this cycle.  

If everything goes as plan, I will do IUI on May 8 or 9.  I have sonogram on May 7th to check on follicles.  Wish me luck this cycle.

Thank you so much for the kind words.  Yes, this cycle my doctor take me off clomid and put me on Femera (2.5mg and take 2 tablets a day) along with 75IU Follistim.  Hopefully this cycle will work.   Last cycle I have 5 good follicles and so hoping this is it....  STUPID lining.....

i will have an appt on May 7th for sonogram and hopefully by that time i have good follicles and good lining then i will do IUI on the 8th or 9th depends on my doctor.

Sorry to hear about the BFN, however i hear great stories about the femara and follistim.. so I hope this is your cycle that you'll get that long awaited BFP! : )   I'll be praying for you : )

Oh, BabyBlue...I'm so sorry about the BFN and stupid AF :-(

I just took my trigger shot last night and will BD today, tomorrow and the next day (we're not doing an IUI). I had no side effects at all on Femara, and had two follicles at the sonogram yesterday (18 and 18.5). You'll probably have even more follies since you will be using follistim as well. By the way, that's what HeathJo used the month she got pregnant...femara and 75 IU follistim :-) Hopfully it will work for you as well!!!

I am so sorry to hear that you ended up with a BFN.  Have you been on the Femara in the past?  It shouldn't thin your lining out like Clomid can.  I agree with Sara - hopefully you will be receiving a wonderful Mother's Day present next month!
