IUI and confusion

I had my 2nd cycle IUI yesterday. Everyone in the Doctor'soffice said that this cycle looked really good. I had 3 mature follicles and the Dr. said that my estrogen level was perfect.
What are some of the early symptoms of pregnacy after an IUI?

I just had my 2nd iui cycle. I am 5dpiui today, and i have absolutely no symptoms. My last iui cycle, my bbs were very sore every day until af showed, i was tired all the time, headaches almost everyday, dizzy, bla bla bla... This cycle i have nothing yet. Hopefully that's a good sign. The only thing going on right now is i have throbbing off and on around my ovaries, but that's because of the progesterone supplements. I've learned to not look too much into symptoms, because mostly it's just your mind playing tricks on you. The only thing that seems ironic to me this cycle, is my bbs are not sore at all. Usually they are. This may be because the hcg shot is affecting me differently this cycle. Last cycle i had every symptom you could get from that shot, this month...nothing. Good luck! Try not to look to much into your symptoms, just try to go on with your day to day and pretend like you never even had your iui. That's what i'm doing, it just stresses you out when you think you are pg and end up getting a bfn. So just don't think about it , and maybe you'll get your bfp!! :)

Hiya Ladies...
We got a bfp on our sec try of IUI. I just wanted to let u know that I didn't have ANY symptoms at all until 12 DPO ( thats when the only thing I had was tiredness).
I did however feel some twinges starting 6DPO in my uterus area..but no symptoms as such. Our body sometimes fools us really well by showing more symptoms in a non preg cycle than in a bfp cycle...

I really want this to happen this time. I am totally ready to start a family. I am 1dpiui and I am just tired. My bbs are very sore, even before I took my first progerstorene suppository this am. When is your pregnancy test? Mine is scheduled for May 23. I can't wait.

I had my 2nd iui on 5/8.  so far i haven't get any symtoms.  I just got headache and dizziness 24hrs a day.  my bbs are not sorel....  Today is my 4DPIUI.  feel uncomfortable on my lower tummy.  My nurse and doctor said it's look good this cycle since i have 2 mature follicles on the left.  hopefully they are right.
