MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi,
Pregnancy can be achieved in PCOS without surgery with help of modern medicines. You may need induction of ovulation and IUI intrauterine insemination to achieve a pregnancy. Consult an infertility expert for an evaluation. Hope this helps.
Take care and good luck.
