Looking for cycle buddies - Anyone starting the tww this week?
this is my 2nd iui TTC #2. I took Follistim CD3-9. I over-responded and had to coast the past few days while my RE monitored my b/w and follicles to see if the iui would be canceled. On Monday I had 16 measurable follies and the biggest 8 were all within 2 mm of each other. After coasting for a few days, it looks like I will release 2 maybe 3. Hopefully this is our lucky cycle! Me and my DH are blessed to have a beautiful baby boy and we would love to give him a baby brother or sister.

Docsaf- Yes your right that is what my RE said, that's why he has me going every other day for a u/s and does not want me to have like 10 follices to grow big cuz then he has to cancel this cycle... He said that it's harder for me since I have PCOS and I don't ovulate on my own...

docsaf it sounds like everything is going well for u. I am glad to hear this. He is doing the test to rule it out on the reason for the mc. i have met my out of pocket max for the year so he said he wanted to get it in before the new year started. he is going to try to start treatment if that is the problem before new year starts. I am thankful for a dr that undersstands insurance and money. Best of luck with u and your little one. i cant wait to read the up dates.
kikkleh - my DH thinks that it is twins - and it scares him. Everytime I go in for b/w he asks what the numbers are and then asks what they were when I was pg with DS. The numbers with DS were low (only 40 at 14dpo) and these numbers are much higher. I am not thinking ahead - I just want healthy.
Cleto - Grow follie grow! I can understand your frustration. Is your RE worrying about you having too many follies grow and be released? That seems like a drastic decrease in dosage.

MJinWaiting - sorry to hear that AF arrived. It sounds like you are taking it well. I''m sure it will be nice to take a break - mentally we need it. I was on bc for a few weeks at the beginning of the ivf cycle. me and my DH joked about it. I was happy to move on to the next step - but it was also nice.
rmmoye - nice to see you back. I figured you needed a little bit of time. What is the antiphospholipid syndrome test? Is this to figure out if there is a reason you miscarried? I hope that it provides the answers to figure out what to do next. I have not experienced the symptoms you described. Your body has been through a lot the last few months. I'm sorry I have no answers nor anything helpful to say.
Everything is going well. My betas rose again. I have to go in for more bloodwork on Wed and my RE scheduled an u/s for next Wed, 12/1.

I have been out of touch for a few weeks. My schedual has been crazy. what is the up date on everyone?
I go for my antiphospholipid syndrome test tomorrow. I am so nervious. I am still not sure what it will mean if it comes back + or -. I am also not sure what to think of my body right now. about 1 1/2 wks ago my stomic started swelling everytime i ate like it did when i was pregnant. i am flat in the morning but the minute i eat it is hard as a rock. On the 14th i was so moody i couldnt stand myself but now nothing. I started a full mc on the 18th of October but had to have the dnc because i wasnt completely done at 10am that same morning. I stopped bleeding on Oct 22 (morning). Spotted heavy for 2 hr on the night of 27th. Then stopped again completly. Nov 8-16 i stayed wet and wanted sex all the time. This past wkend i physically couldnt take it. i was very dry. I am now at 35 dp Dnc and nothing. i am not staying bloated expect when i eat. Have any of u ever experianced anything like this?

I started AF on friday...boooo!! I went to the RE sat for my cd2 scan, I have 4 cysts and my ovaries are enlarged, my right one isnt too bad but the left is over twice its normal size so no treatment this month, we need to let them go down. Which is good DH and i are excited to take a cycle off. Well probably have our 5th and final IUI around christmas, then well wait until april or may for our IVF. Im bummed this wasnt our cycle but im thankful for this small break. we need it DH says hes worried about me and wants me to just not worry about anything, no drs appts or bloodwork and results no missing work or what ifs for a few weeks, and I agree.
