very strange

Ok first things first.... I have PCOS, been trying to concieve for over 2  1/2  yrs. I rarely if ever ovulate. Well I took clomid for 6 months with no luck, except it did make me have a regular period for 10 months. Now its been 114 days sent a period, but for the last six days I have had weird brown discharge, never red like a normal period. Anyone ever had this kinda problem?

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello there,
Sexually transmitted infections, cervical erosions, other gynecological illnesses or cancer may also cause bleeding and brown discharge. Spotting can occur in pregnancy due to implantation and the cervix is more prone to bleeding during this time. It is best to stay hydrated and drink  at least six, eight-ounce glasses of water each day .
If the symptoms are persistent and severe it is best to talk to your doctor about it. You may need testing of your blood or urine for HCG to confirm or disprove pregnancy. If pregnancy test is negative you may need Pap smear and pelvic ultrasound to determine the cause of your symptoms. Treatment will depend on the cause. Hope it helps.
Best luck and regards!
