I became pregnant my very first period after a m/c and now she's a healthy 15 month old.  My doctor told me there's really nothing physically wrong with conceiving quickly after a miscarriage, but he typically recommends to wait especially in my case as I was taking the loss so hard.

Most drs will tell you to wait 1-3 cycles. The main reason for this is for the mental aspect. Your body bounces back very quickly. Especially, with a very early mc. I am sorry for your loss and hope things are better the next time :)
