Cramping after IUI

I just had an IUI this morning and am experiencing moderate cramping in my lower abdomen. During the procedure the doctor mentioned my cervix was slightly "twisted" and he used some instrument to I guess straighten/open it. That caused some cramping and it just hasn't stopped since then. Has anyone ever experienced this?

I didn't have any problems with my cervix but I did have cramping after the IUI for a couple of days. That is totally normal. Rest for a day or two. Spotting is also normal, I had quite a bit of that. My first IUI was back in October and was a success, good luck to you!
