could this be positive?????????????

i have pcos and have tried clomide before, of which i did not ovulate on it. i have been on letrozole for the last 4months and have just gone to 5mg day 2-6. i have taken letrozole to concieve. On day 14 i had a scan that showed two follicles size16 and 11. could not have a followup scan so had progestrone level checked on D28.(irregular periods) and it was 34. For the last from day 30 (two days ago) i have been having twinges of pain as if i am having a period and my breasts are a bit tender. does that mean it might be implantation pain as my fertility nurse told me to expect a period around the 10th? I am scared of doing a test as i have been disappointed so many times and it might just be PMS but i have never had twinges with PMS before

Hi there!

There are no specific symptoms of pregnancy and the described changes could be seen both with pregnancy and around the premenstrual period. The only definite way of confirming a pregnancy would be to run a urine/ blood test and get it confirmed by an ultrasound scan. I would suggest waiting for a couple of weeks and in case you do not get your periods, I would recommend running a urine pregnancy test.
Hope this is helpful.

Take care!
