take a hpt.  I agree with what others have said.  Also, how long have you been ttc?
I have started ttc just this month and I have had cramping and tender breasts but no period yet but I am on a 40 cycle as it is.  However, sometimes even before ttc I would have only spotty periods of a light pink colour and I just attributed that to stress.
Sometimes stress, period and pregnancy symptoms are all very similar.  I mean, that is why most women don't discover they are preg. until their 2 month. . .because they just think it is stress or their period.  So I don't know what the earliest symptoms of pregn. are or when they start because every woman is different.  I have heard stories of women not knowing until they were four months and not even suspecting because they felt fine.  And then I have heard of women feeling tired, sore, light period as early as 6 days after conceiving.  So everyone is unique.

I would say most likely you are pregnant...I think you should take a hpt and see what happens.  if it comes back positive, you should contact your doctor...
good luck to you.

This has happened to me before too, and guess what... I was pregnant!! Have you tried taking a test??? I see you are actively ttc, so do you know exactly when you ovulated? I would say definately take a test, spotting is so common in early pregnancy! Good luck! :)
