I was diagonist with PCOD.i was undergone for ultra sound... doctor told no dominant follicle found... my and my husband planning for a kid for almost 3 years... 4 months back i was diagonist with PCOD.... please help me...
I feel your pain! I have high FSH. I was referred to a fertility clinic for IVF. I've undergone 4 retrievals and am able to produce mature eggs but nothing fertilizes. My doctor tells me that all my eggs aren't viable. I don't believe that every egg isn't viable. I plan on going out of state to another clinic. I agree, you should see a specialist to help you with a med regimen. Just warning you to be prepared that many doctors out there will push you to use a donor. That's what mine has been doing since day 1.
If PCOD is similar to PCOS, which it sounds like it is, I am very sympathetic to your situation. I was diagnosed two years ago and it is a long battle, but there is hope. If you have not already, seek out a SPECIALIST. No mater how great your ob/gyn is, unless they are also a specialist you should look into one. They know their stuff!
