Thank you, i know what you mean it just does'nt make sense at all, and the doctor was so cold and blunt.. My daughter Sarah had another blood test today and will have an ultrasound tomorrow to rule out overian cysts, cancer.. Spoke to a practioner today, she gave us alot of info on ways to increase estrogen/progesterone, and we are a little more hopeful now,. I bet you must be busting at the seems litterally and also with extreme excitment in meeting your beautiful daughter, Are you going all natural no drugs or do you want all thats on offer and then maybe a little more... I will be thinking of you, and thank you for your kind words, reading your comment made me feel better. Susanne..
What? At 20 years old? That seems very odd to me. The fact that her progesterone is low simply means she hasn't ovulated, which is not uncommon right after getting off the pill (and that also explains why her period is late, yet she's not pregnant). I'm not sure about low estrogen, though. Getting some tests done might not be a bad idea, but I wouldn't stress out about anything yet. I'm definitely not a doctor, but I can't imagine she's going through menopause at only 20 years old. Good luck with everything!
