Working out during stimulation process of IVF

I just started my stims for IVF and i asked my nurse if i could continue to work out during this process and she said yes. What did you all do? is doing cardio and bouncing around etc not a good idea? maybe I should just limit it to brisk walking? I really want to make sure i do everything right. I may also double check with my dr at my next appt. I hate to second guess the nurse but you never know....

I was told pretty much the same thing.. in fact my doc even cautioned me not to go out of town as our roads can be very bad! so throw caution to the wind.

I stopped ALL exercise towards the end of my stims week until my pregnancy test. I used to run 5-6 miles/day up until then, but I was specifically told by my dr. not to do any high impact cardio right now. Now I've switched to walking and low impact cardio, but that isn't that much fun unfortunately :( I miss running, but I'll wait 9 months if that's what it takes!
