help please!! no one to talk to, late & negatives

Hi,
I'm 23 years old I am overweight but have not had any medical problems. Last month my period arrived 07/05 and it was very light which is unusual (only used liner all 5 days) this month my period is already 3 days late I am always very regular. I've had some nausea but none these past 2 days,  I get a dull pain sometimes it feels like cramps other times it's my lower abdomin. Took 2 at home urine test, 1 of which in the morning and they were negative.
