I understand drinking water might be hard, but dehydration can make the cramping worse I am talking from experience. It also very important for the amniotic fluid levels.Feel better and try not to get too stressed.

IT is very normal to be crampy. I was for most of my pregnancy. They felt like menstrual cramps. It is probably just your uterus stretching or round ligament pains. Also make sure you are drinking enough water.

Well I know cramping is very normal.  A lot of women experience throughout their pregnancy.  Next time you see your OB/GYN mention it to him/her just to be sure.  As far as the constipation, try to increase your fiber intake and see if that makes a difference.  Was your pregnancy natural or though IVF or IUI?
