Please help when do I know when I'm conceiving and when I'm fertile and what can I do too increasethe chance of ppregnancy? ? Any advice and help is appreciated

Hi,
The most fertile time to try for a baby is at mid-cycle. Pregnancy occurs when there is sex around the time of ovulation, that is around 14th day in a 28 day regular cycle. So if sex occurs between 12th & 16th day of the menstrual cycle, then there will be chances of a pregnancy. A healthy diet and prenatal vitamins also help. Pregnancy can be suspected when periods are missed and a pregnancy test can be taken.
