high estrogen levels

hi everyone! i have a question that maybe someone can help me with. in april of this year i was seeing a fertility specialist who had told me that my fsh levels were high for my age (32). she then had me do another blood test and again called me with bad news stating they are high and thats not good. (I plan on doing the IVF procedure because i have one tube and it's damaged with scar tissue and the one i used to have was destroyed from a very bad ectopic pregnancy. i do however have a healthy 13 yr old so i should be ok for IVF, or so i hope.) then she had me come into her office and have an ultra sound done on my ovaries. my ovarian reserve was great! so needless to say it didn't make sense. i recently switched to another fertility specialist with more experience and when she looked @ my records from the other office, she informed me that my fsh levels are fine! it was my estrogen levels that are high. so what i was wondering was if anybody knew if by me having high estrogen levels, is that going to be an issue for the IVF procedure? i dont know if that's going to affect my ability to have a successful IVF procedure. has anybody else been diagnosed with high estrogen but had a successful IVF?

I also read that somewhere - the lower the estrogen the better for stimming.

Also high estrogen can supress your fsh making it appear low even though it is not.  I do not know what effect that has on ivf though.

I believe the lower the estrogen, the better it is for stimming, but I'm definitely no expert. Do you remember what your levels were?
