how to improve egg quality?

I have "borderline" ovarian reserve based on AMH tests. The nurse told me this means egg quality is lower. I have found a lot of conflicting things online about what diminished ovarian reserve means (reduced egg quality vs. just egg quantity).

What can I do to improve egg quality? I thought I've seen other posts where women have said that drinking wheatgrass helps. Is there anything else? I am 34 and have been ttc since I was 30, have had 3 mc. Thanks for sharing anything you know about ovarian reserve and improving egg quality.

I've also heard of CoQ10 helping egg quality. And I must second the wheatgrass. I think that is the one thing with the most obvious results. I've read countless posts from women who added wheatgrass, and their FSH's all dropped several points! I am taking it now but haven't had my FSH rechecked yet. Will keep everyone posted. (although my FSH is astronomically high, so not sure how much difference it can make!) DHEA is great, too, but I highly recommend getting all your hormones checked prior to commencing DHEA supplementation. I would make sure you have at least DHEA, testosterone, and estrogen checked. Reason being, DHEA is a precursor to testosterone and estrogen, so you have to be careful not to be taking it unless you're deficient in those hormones. (Being in the bottom half of the normal range IS considered deficient by many practitioners. It's optimal to be in the top half of the normal range.) Good luck! :)

Thanks ladies for the info about dhea, royal jelly and wheatgrass. I read up on those things a bit and it sounds like there are lots of promising stories out there. I have been doing acupuncture as well. I have not had my FSH tested for over 2 yrs. The results were normal back then, but I am going to ask the RE if I can repeat the test. Thanks again for the info.

Royal jelley is supposed to help with egg quality.  Wheatgrass lowers your FSH levels - which I can personally say has worked for me.  I've been trying both along with a few other things.  Hopefully it will do the trick.
